Learn, Equip, Lead
This site was born out of a desire to see Worship Leaders equipped to be just that, better leaders. To help us communicate our message through music, enhance our worship visually, and to use the tools around us to guide people into worship.
I am in a unique position at the local church that I serve in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I am the Media director, and I also lead worship. I am also a pretty big nerd! That’s one reason why I love using technology to enhance my leadership. During any given week i am busy with numerous tasks such as:
- Building graphics for messages
- Programming Lights
- Working with Sound
- Using and training volunteers on various Worship software
- Researching, learning, and practicing new techniques for visual worship and worship through music
- Keeping our church up to date with the latest technology, so that we can better communicate our mvision of Reaching Up, Reaching Out, and Reaching In.
Over the years I have discovered so many tools that I can use while leading, and preparing to lead. Through this site, it is my desire to show you new ways to prepare, lead, and grow as a Worship Leader. I hope to do this by sharing with you some of the tools I use on a daily basis to help me.
I pray that we all can strive for excellence in our calling as Leaders, and my God be glorified and His message be heard through us!
